국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 서울 소재 공립 지체장애 특수학교 교사들에게 AAC 활용 교사 연수를 실시하였을 때, 교사의 AAC 지식 및 활용능력과 교사효능감에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 단일집단 사전-사후검사 설계를 사용하였다. 교사 연수는 강의, 사례 토의, 피드백 등 다양한 형식을 사용하였으며, AAC 개념에 대한 기초지식, 진단평가, 중재전략에 대한 이론과 실습 및 현장 활용 후 토의하는 단계를 포함하여 8회기로 구성하였다. AAC 지식 및 활용 능력과 교사효능감을 측정하기 위하여 설문지를 개발하여 활용하였다. 연구결과 및 결론: AAC 활용 연수를 실시한 결과 특수교사의 AAC에 관한 지식과 활용 능력이 증가하였고 교사효능감도 증가하였다. 본 연구는 AAC가 필요한 중도·중복 비구어 장애학생을 가르치는 교사에게 AAC에 대한 연수를 제공하여 지식과 활용능력을 높이고 수업과 학교생활에서 교사와 학생의 의사소통이 향상됨에 따라 교사효능감도 높아질 수 있도록 하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of AAC training for the teachers of the public special school in Seoul on the knowledge and ability to appy AAC to the students as well as the teaching efficacy of the teachers. Method: This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design due to the limitation of school context. The in-service teacher training consisted of 8 sessions which include basic AAC knowledge and application to classroom instruction. Various formats such as lecture, case discussion and feedback were used. Researcher-developed questionnaire for AAC knowledge and application ability was used, and teaching efficacy test was also implemented. Results and Conclusion: The results showed that both teaching efficacy and AAC knowledge and application ability of the teachers has been significantly increased. The characteristics of on-site in-service program which reflected the local school’s specific context as well as its focus on classroom application seems to contribute to this positive result. Limitations and directions for future research are discussed.
