교육실습에 대한 예비특수교사의 인식 변화 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 예비특수교사들이 교육실습을 마친 후 교육실습에 대한 일반적인 인식 실태를 분석하고, 교육실습에 대한 인식에서 성별, 사전실습 기간, 실습년도에 따라 차이가 있는지를 검증하며, 예비특수교사들의 교육실습 기관에 대한 요구를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 향후 예비특수교사들의 교육실습에 있어서 교원양성대학과 교육실습 기관 즉, 특수교육 현장에서 교육실습 시 반영해야 할 자료를 수집하고자 하였다,설문지 문항은 학생이해, 지도교사의 역할, 교육과정의 이해, 교직관 확립, 교직실무 경험 영역으로 구성되었으며, 이 다섯 영역에서 예비특수교사들의 성별에 따른 유의차는 없었으며, 교육실습연도별 차이 검증에서도 유의차는 없었다. 교육실습 이전의 사전 실습 경험에 따른 차이에서는 지도교사의 역할 영역에서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대다수 실습생들의 교육실습기관에 대한 요구는 체계적이고 짜임새 있는 교육실습지도계획이 바람직하며, 교육실습 기간의 짧음과 교육실습생들을 위한 업무편의 시설 등이 필요하다고 지적하고 있었다. 향후 예비특수교사들의 교육실습은 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 교육실습기관에서 갖추어야 할 사항들에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine pre-service special education teachers perception of teaching practice institutes after completing their practice by gender, year of practice, and prior field experience. This study also intends to collect information that should be referred to regarding teaching practice for pre-service special education teachers in the special education field, including universities and teaching practice institutes. The questionnaire items were classified into five categories: understanding of students, roles of guidance teachers, understanding of curriculum, establishment of a view of the teaching profession, and educational field experience. In all of the five categories, there were no significant differences by gender and year of practice. There were significant differences in the category of roles of guidance teachers by prior field experience. In addition, there were suggestions that teaching practice institutes should offer systematic and well-organized training courses and that the short period of teaching practice and conveniences for trainees should be improved. This study then discussed the improvements that teaching practice institutes are expected to make for teaching practice of pre-service special education teachers based on these results.
