국문 초록

본 연구는 장애아동 부모들의 효과적인 자녀양육을 위해 부모들에게 요구되는 양육 핵심역량 요인을 탐색함으로써 부모교육의 기초자료를 제공하고, 성공적인 양육을 통해 부모와장애아동이 삶의 질을 높이는 기반을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰과 전문가 의견수렴을 통해 장애아동 부모 양육 핵심역량 요인을추출하였으며, 추출된 요인에 대한 부모들의 중요도 평정, 요인분석을 통해 적절성을 검토하여 양육태도, 양육기술, 양육지식, 가족협력, 양육효능감, 사회협력으로 구성된 6개 영역, 41개 항목의 장애아동 부모 양육 핵심역량 요인이 탐색되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 양육 핵심역량에 관한 더욱 상세한 정보를 얻고자 P 광역시 장애아동부모 233명의 양육 핵심역량 요인에 대한 자기인식 정도를 살펴본 결과 장애아동 부모들은자신의 양육 역량에 대해 보통보다 조금 높은 수준의 자기인식을 나타내었다. 자녀의 장애유형과 장애정도, 부모의 맞벌이 여부는 자기인식에 유의미한 영향을 주는 변인이었으며,어머니의 자기인식이 아버지보다 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop the factors of the core competency and to analyse self-perception of parents for the effective care of children with disabilities. The factors of core competency in the care children with disabilities were developed by studying past studies and conferring with the experts. The 6 areas including the 41 factors were extracted through the parents appraisal of the materiality and the review of the adequacy for the factor analysis. The 6 areas were consisted with care efficiency , the attitudes of care , the knowledges of care , the skills of care , the family collaboration , and the social collaboration . The research for the level of the self-perception for the 233 parents residing in P local government figured out the slightly up than the normal level of the self-perception. The comparison study was implemented with the background variables of the parents with disabilities. The self-perceptions influenced by child s type of disability, degree of disability. And mothers were the higher than fathers as the degree of the self-perception. The parents working together made a significant difference in the self-perception, too.
