장애인 성인용직업적성검사 개발을 위한 예비 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인들에게 적합한 직업적성검사를 표준화하는데 필요한 검사문항을 개발하고검사문항의 심리측정적 수준을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 직업적성검사와 관련된국내외 문헌을 검토하여 8개 요인에 관한 20개 하위검사 검사의 예비 문항들을 개발하였다. 167명의 장애인을 대상으로 한 1차 예비검사에서 문항의 응답률과 정답률을 검토하고, 실시시간을 확인하여 문항난이도를 수정하고 하위검사를 4개 제거하였다. 또한 지적장애인도 직업적성검사를 실시할 수 있도록 검사 실시 순서를 변경하고 문항 제시방법을 수정하였다. 중학교 2학년 학생들 413명을 대상으로 실시한 2차 예비검사에서 검사의 문항내적일치도는 .62에서 .84 정도로 나타났다. 요인분석에서는 공간-추론 요인, 지각 및 협응 요인, 언어소통요인 등의 3개 요인이 적절한 것으로 나타났으며 전체 설명량은 50.29%로 나타났다. 마지막으로 장애인 직업적성검사 표준화를 위한 제언내용과 검사의 함의점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop an objective vocational aptitude test for people with disabilities and verify reliability and validity of vocational aptitude test. For this purpose, on the examination of domestic and foreign literature, 8factors and 20 sub-tests were selected for the preliminary test. First preliminary test was conducted amongst 167 people with disabilities. After item response rate, accuracy rate, and the time required for testing were examined, we adjusted item difficulty and remove 4 sub-tests. Based on the results of test with college students, we shortened testing time per individual item and changed numbers of total items. We changed order of testing and method of item presentation for people with intellectual disabilities to administer vocational aptitude test. Second preliminary test was conducted amongst 413 middle school students. After analyzing the vocational aptitude test reliability, Cronbach s alpha coefficient showing internal consistency was .62~.84. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, vocational aptitude constructs were divided into 3 factors-spatial reasoning, perceptual coordination, and communication. The percentage of total variance of explanation was 50.29%. On the basis of these results, this paper provided both discussions and suggestions for developing the vocational aptitude test of people with disabilities.
