국문 초록

최근 우리나라 문화콘텐츠의 위상은 우리 스스로도 놀랄 정도로 높아져, 전 세계에서 주류 문화의 하나로 자리매김해 나가고 있는 중이다. 이러한 전 세계적 한류열풍의 태동은 중국에서 시작되었고, 중국의 거대한 문화 소비시장이 우리나라 문화콘텐츠 성장에 밑거름이 된 것은 확실하다 하겠다. 그러나 전 세계적 신(新)한류 열풍과는 달리 한류의 출발지인 중국에서의 우리나라 문화콘텐츠는 최근 배척되고 심지어 혐한의 분위기마저 강하게 감지되고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문은 한중 간문화산업 교류의 유형부터 검토하여, 그 과정에서 어떠한 문제점들이 있어 현재의 상황으로 이어지고 있는지 정치·경제적 측면에서 분석하여 그 개선점과 시사점을 도출하고자 시도하였다.

영문 초록

In recent years, the status of Korean cultural contents has increased surprisingly, and it is growing as one of the mainstream cultures around the world. The great success of the movie ‘Parasite’ and the worldwide popularity of idol groups BTS and Blackpink are representative examples of this phenomenon. In fact, the present global Korean Wave was first started in China, and it is certain that China s huge cultural consumption market was the foundation for the growth of Korean cultural contents in the past. However, unlike the new global Korean Wave fever around the world, Korean cultural contents in China, the origin of the Korean Wave, has been ostracized recently, and even the atmosphere of anti-Korean sentiment is strongly perceived. Therefore, this paper examined the types of cultural industry exchanges between Korea and China by dividing them into two different types, i.e. Korean cultural contents into the Chinese market and Chinese capital into the Korean cultural industry, analyzed the challenges in the process in terms of politics and economy, and attempted to derive improvements and implications.
