비대면 미술치료 수퍼비전의 방법론적 개발에 대한 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 비대면 방식의 미술치료 수퍼비전의 실제적인 실행을 통한 구조화와 방법론적 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 연구 과정에서 실제적인 문제점 파악과 이에 대한 개선 방법을 찾아가는 실행연구의 연구 방법이 적용되었으며, 비대면 미술치료 수퍼비전에 참여한 연구자와 연구 참여자 총 3명의 실행 과정을 담은 질적 연구 자료가 분석되었다. 연구 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비대면 미술치료 수퍼비전에서 그 목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위해 미술작업 활용을 포함한 새로운 구조 설계가 요구된다. 둘째, 비대면 미술치료 수퍼비전에서 수퍼비전 관계는 변화하며, 수퍼바이저는 참여자이자 동행자로서 자신의 역할을 재정립하여야 한다. 본 연구는 비대면 미술치료 수퍼비전에 참여한 연구 참여자들의 생생한 경험을 공유함으로써 방법론적 논의와 적용 가능성을 검토하고. 미술치료사로서 post-COVID-19 시대에 대처하기 위한 실천적 방안을 제시했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to achieve structuring and methodological development through practical implementation of non-contact art therapy supervision. For this purpose, the action research method was applied in which the participants of the study identify practical problems in the research process and find ways to address them. The qualitative research data was analyzed on the implementation process of researchers and research participants participating in the non-contact art therapy supervision. The research results and findings are as follows. First, in the non-contact art therapy supervision, a new structured design including the use of art work is required to effectively achieve its goals. Second, in the non-contact art therapy supervision, the supervision relationship changes, and the supervisor should redefine his or her role as a participant and companion. This study examines methodological discussions and applicability by sharing the vivid experiences of the research participants who participated in the non-contact art therapy supervision, and suggested a practical plan to cope with the post-COVID19 era as an art therapist.
