교사평정용 유아 세계시민의식 평가 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사평정용 유아 세계시민의식 평가 척도를 개발하고 타당화 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 관련문헌 고찰 및 유아교육 전문가와 유아 교사들과의 인터뷰를 통해 유아 세계시민의식 구성요인을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 유아 세계시민의식 구성요인을 추출하였으며, 타당도 검증과정을 거쳐 최종시안이 구성되었다. 최종시안은 본 조사에서 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 통해 교사용 평가 척도로 개발되었다. 본 연구의 참여자는 서울, 경기, 충청, 경상, 그리고 전라지역에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에 재원 중인 유아 282명이었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교사평정용 유아 세계시민의식 평가 척도는 지식(7문항), 기술(6문항), 태도(7문항), 그리고 실천의지(8문항) 등 4개 요인의 28문항으로 구성되었다. 이 요인들의 신뢰도와 내적 합치도(Cronbach’-𝛂)는 ,89에서 .93까지 나타났으며, 총 Cronbach’-𝛂 값은 .92로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해서 이 연구에서 개발된 교사평정용 유아 세계시민의식 평가 척도는 신뢰롭고 안정된 도구임이 검증되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a teacher rating scale for young children’s global citizenship. To do this, the factors of young children’s global citizenship were collected from both the related literatures and the interview with the early childhood education specialists and early childhood teachers. The factors of young children’s global citizenship were extracted based on collected data, and the final factors were constructed through the validity verification process. Participants in this study were 282 young children attending daycare centers and kindergartens in the areas of Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeolla, and Gwangju. The evaluation scale for young children’s global citizenship developed in this study was composed of 28 questionnaires of the following 4 factors: first, factor 1: 7 questionnaires, factor 2: 6 questionnaires, factor 3: 7 questionnaires, and factor 4: 8 questionnaires. The reliability of internal consistency (Cronbach’s 𝛂) of these factors ranged from .89 to .93, and the total value of Cronbach’s 𝛂 was found to be .92. These results demonstrate that this evaluation scale for young children’s global citizenship is a valid and reliable instrument.
