대학생의 자기분화와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 학습동기와 대학생활적응의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 심리적 안녕감과 관련 있을 것으로 예상되는 여러 변인 중에서 자아분화, 학습동기, 대학생활 적응 변인 간의 관계를 분석하여 대학생의 심리적 안녕감에 대한 예방과 필요한 개입 방안을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 경상남도 4년제 대학생 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 중 불성실하게 응답한 설문을 제외하고 633명의 자료를 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 자아분화, 심리적 안녕감, 학습동기, 대학생활 적응 변인간에 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아분화는 다른 세 변인 모두에 유의한 영향을 주었으며 동시에 학습동기, 대학생활 적응을 매개로 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습동기, 대학생활 적응이 자아분화와 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 이중매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 대학생의 심리적 안녕감 향상을 위해 어떠한 접근이 이루어져야 하는지에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-differentiation, learning motivation, and college life adaptation among the variables that are expected to be related to the psychological well-being of college students, and to investigate the prevention of psychological well-being of college students and necessary intervention measures. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 700 college students in Gyeongsangnam-do. Among them, the data of 633 people, excluding those who answered the questionnaire unscrupulously, were analyzed through the structural equation model. As a result of the study, first, it was found that there were significant positive correlations among the variables of self-differentiation level, psychological well-being, learning motivation, and college life adjustment. Second, it was found that the level of self-differentiation had a significant effect on all three other variables, and at the same time, it had an effect on psychological well-being through learning motivation and college adjustment. Third, it was found that learning motivation and college life adaptation were double mediating the relationship between self-differentiation level and psychological well-being. Based on these findings, a variety of approaches that should be taken to improve the psychological well-being of collage students were discussed.
