원가기획 활동이 지식경영 활동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 지식경영 관점에서 원가기획 활동의 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지 실증적으로 조사하였다. 그리고 원가기획 활동이 지식경영 활동들을 활성화시켜서 기업의 지식경영 성과를 증대시키는데 기여하는지 여부를 분석, 규명하였다. 먼저, 원가기획 활동 도입에 대한 영향요인들로는 혁신적인 조직 문화, 기업이 채택한 유연 생산전략과 분권화된 조직구조라는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또한, 원가기획 활동은 지식의 창출, 이전, 저장과 활용(지식경영 활동들)에 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 제품계획, 원가계획과 제품설계라는 3단계의 활동들을 통한 부서들 및 종업원들 간의 빈번한 접촉과 회합은 지식경영 활동들을 촉진시킨다는 것이다. 나아가, 원가기획 활동이나 지식경영 활동들은 지식경영 성과의 대리 측정치인 지식경영 만족도를 증대시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 혁신적 조직 문화, 유연 생산전략과 유기적 조직구조는 원가기획 활동의 도입을 촉진하고, 원가기획 활동은 기업의 지식경영 활동들을 활성화시켜 조직의 지식자원 확충에 기여한다는 것이다.

영문 초록

This study empirically investigated the effects of influence factors on the adoption of target costing, which has been considered as knowledge management(KM) systems. We also empirically examined the impact of target costing on the KM activities(i.e., knowledge creation, transfer, storage, and application), and their(i.e., target costing and KM activities) effects on organizational KM performance. The results of this research demonstrated that innovative culture, customer-focused manufacturing strategy, and organizational decentralization have a significant and positive impact on the adoption degrees of target costing. According to the results, it was found that target costing significantly and positively affects the activation of KM activities. It was also showed that both target costing and KM activities contribute to the improvement of KM performance that is measured by KM satisfaction. Thus, it is concluded that the development of target costing must be considered in the perspective of KM, and the conditions of contextual factors, such as culture, business strategy and organizational structure, have to be aligned with the adoption of target costing in advance.
