상사의 비인격적 감독과 고객의 불량 행동이 카지노 종사원들의 감정노동을 매개로 직무소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 카지노기업 내 종사원을 대상으로 상사의 비인격적 감독과 고객 불량행동이 감정노동을 매개로 하여 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하여 파악하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 수행하기 위해서 부산광역시 카지노종사원을 대상으로 수집된 유효표본 총 130부를 분석에 활용하였으며, SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 감정노동에 대한 매개검증을 위해 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하여 회귀계수에 대한 유의성을 검증하였으며 추가적으로 소벨 검정(Sobel test)을 실시하였다. 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 카지노 종사원에게 상사의 비인격적 감독 및 고객 불량행동은 감정노동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 카지노 종사원에게 감정노동은 직무소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 카지노종사원에게 상사의 비인격적 감독은 직무소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 반면 고객 불량행동은 직무소진에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 카지노 종사원에게 상사의 비인격적 감독 및 고객 불량행동과 직무소진 간에 감정노동의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 감정노동은 상사의 비인격적 감독과 직무소진 간에 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

This study explores casino employees want to determine the influences on the exhaustion of tasks by using emotional labor as a mediating role by the effect of superior s abusive supervision and customer s incivility. In the research, a literature review and survey were performed, and casino employees from casino in Korea including Paradise casino and Pusan Branches of Grand Korea Leisure were surveyed. The survey was a total of 140 questionnaire papers were distributed and 130 of them were used for analysis. The result of the empirical analysis is summarized as follows: first, it was confirmed that the effect of superior s impersonal supervising and customers misbehavior had a positive(+) effect on emotional labor for casino employees. Second, it was confirmed that emotional labor had a positive(+) effect on job burnout for casino employees. Third, it was confirmed that the effect of superior s impersonal supervising had a effect on job burnout for casino employees. Fourth, as a result of a mediated regression analysis of the emotional labor between the effect of superior s impersonal supervising, customer s misbehavior, and job burnout. Emotional labor served as a partial-mediated parameter between the effect of superior s impersonal supervising and job burnout.
