국문 초록

현재 사회는 정보화 시대임과 동시에 감성의 시대로 비언어적 커뮤니케이션 수단이라고 할 수 있는 ‘이미지’에 대한 활용과 관심이 더욱 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 각자의 신체 색에 따라 어울리는 컬러가 달라지고, 자신의 색을 적절히 활용했을 때 긍정적 이미지를 가질 수 있는 퍼스널 컬러 개념을 주제로 취업준비생을 위한 면접 시 활용할 수 있는 퍼스널 컬러 메이크업 교육에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 교육 설계는 고용노동부 청년 정책을 기준으로 한 만 18~34세 남, 여 취업준비생을 대상으로 하였으며, 밀레니얼 세대로 대표되는 이들은 다양한 가치관과 문화가 공존하는 사회에서 남과 다른 자신만의 이미지를 추구하고자 한다는 특징을 지닌다. 한편, 취업준비과정에서의 개인 연출은 비언어적 단서로 지각자의 즉각적인 판단을 유도하여 개인의 인상과 사회적 가치를 평가하는데 큰 영향을 차지한다고 할 수 있다. 본 교육의 설계는 형태재인 이론에 근거하였으며, 이는 형태를 장기기억에 저장된 정보와 비교하여 재인식하는 과정으로 암묵적으로 내재되어 있는 호감형 이미지를 재현하는 것과 관련이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육 설계 과정으로서 우선 문헌연구와 설문조사를 통해 퍼스널 컬러 교육 현황을 파악하고 취업 면접 시 효과적인 메이크업 수업을 개발하고자 하였다. 이어 퍼스널 컬러 메이크업 교육에 형태재인 이론을 적용하여 도입, 문제 인식, 해결 가능성 탐색, 해결안 개발, 평가의 단계로 구성된 수업과정을 설계하였다. 또한, 교육 설계의 검증을 위해 모의 수업을 시행하였고 모의수업에 참여한 학습자들을 대상으로 수업효과와 만족도에 대하여 5점 척도로 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과, 프로그램의 완성도는 평균 4.35, 수업효과의 만족도는 평균 4.3으로 높은 평가를 받아 연구의 타당성을 검증하였다.

영문 초록

As the information age and the age of emotions, The use and interest of ‘image , a means of non-verbal communication, is getting attention. This study aims to provide personal color make-up education that can be used during interviews for job seekers. This educational design is aimed at job-prepared students, represented by millennials, and has the characteristic of pursuing their image different from others in a society where diverse values and cultures coexist. This educational design targets male and female job-prepared students aged 18 to 34 based on the youth policy of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. It has the characteristic of wanting to pursue. It can be said that job preparation process induces immediate judgment of the perceiver as a non-verbal cue, and has a great influence on evaluating the individual s impression and social value. The design of this education is based on the theory of pattern recognition, which is related to re-recognizing the form by comparing it with the information stored in long-term memory. Through literature research and questionnaire surveys, the current status of personal color education was to be grasped, and effective make-up classes were developed. Then, by applying the theory to personal color make-up education, consisting of the steps of introduction, problem recognition, searcing possibility, solution development, and evaluation. A simulation class was conducted to verify the educational design, and the validity of the study was verified. For the learners who participated in the mock class, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the class effect and satisfaction on a 5-point scale. As a result, the degree of completion of the program was evaluated as high as 4.35 on average and the satisfaction on instructional effect was on average 4.3, and the validity of the study was verified.
