휴머노이드와 인간의 감정

국문 초록

인류는 우리의 삶에 유용한 과학 기술을 오랫동안 발전시켜왔다. 인간은 오랜 결실 끝에 결국 꿈꾸던 과학 기술을 손에 쥐게 되었다. 인류는 과학 기술을 통해 대량생산의 시대를 맞이하게 되었고, 결국 인공지능(AI) 기술까지 도달하게 되었다. 하지만 인류가 달성한 기술의 결과는 전혀 새로운 윤리적 문제를 가져오고 말았다. 인간과 흡사한 휴머노이드 로봇의 출현으로 인해 우리는 심신동일론의 윤리적 문제에 봉착하게 되었다. 휴머노이드 로봇의 기술이 점점 발달하면서, 그들은 음악을 작곡하고 공연의 주인공으로 등장하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 그들은 인류 공동체에게 우리와 같은 감정을 가질 수 있는지에 대한 의문을 남겼다. 이에 이 논문은 인간의 생각과 감정을 학습하는 휴머노이드의 예술적 감각이 기계의 단순한 기능주의 또는 물리적 환원주의인지에 대해 다루어 볼 것이다. 그리고 무엇보다 이 논문은 그들이 인간과 동일한 감정을 가질 수 있더라도 그들의 감정과 생각은 인간과는 다르다는 견해를 전개해 보고자 한다.

영문 초록

Humanity has long developed science and technology useful to our lives. After a long fruit, humans finally got the science and technology they dreamed of. Mankind has reached the age of mass production through science and technology, and eventually reached artificial intelligence (AI) technology. However, the results of the technology achieved by mankind have brought new ethical problems. Most of all, with the advent of humanoid robots that resemble humans, we are confronted with the ethical problems of Physical Identity Theory. With the development of humanoid robot technology, they are composing music and appearing as protagonists of performances. In addition, they left a question as to whether the human community can feel the way we do. Therefore, This paper will examine whether the artistic sense of a humanoid learning human thoughts and emotions is a simple functionalism or physical reductionism of a machine. Above all, this paper attempts to develop the view that even though they may have the same emotions as humans, their emotions and thoughts are different from humans.
