국문 초록

본 연구는 북한이탈주민전문 상담사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진이 상담자활동 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 전국에 배치된 북한이탈주민전문 상담사 93명 전수를 대상으로 설문하여 응답자 85명의 내용이 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 북한이탈주민전문 상담사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진, 상담자활동 자기효능감에서 영향 요인으로 직무스트레스가 가장 높았다. 각 변수 간의 상관성은 상담자활동 자기효능감과 직무스트레스의 하위 요인과의 상관성에서는 직무관련 요인에서 부적 상관성이 있고, 심리적 소진과의 상관성에서는 정서적 소모, 직업적 의미, 상담에 대한 부정적인 태도에서 부적 상관성이 있었다. 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 하위 요인간의 상관성을 보면, 직무관련 요인과는 정서적 소모와 직업적 의미, 부정적 대인관계 확장, 신체화 증상에서 정적 상관성이 있었다. 영향 요인은 ‘직업적 의미’가 유의미한 영향력을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

This purpose study is a descriptive research to figure out the factors which influence self-efficacy of counselor activities due to the job stress and burnout as the North Korea refugee s counselors. Research subjects as North Korea refugee s counselor are 85 out of total 93 people was used. The analysis result, the job stress, psychological exhaustion, and counselor activity self-efficacy and job stress is highest. For the relationship between activities counselor self-efficacy and sub-factors of job stress, there was a significant negative correlation in job-related factor and for the relationship between counselor activity self-efficacy and psychological exhaustion there was a negative correlation in psychological exhaustion, occupational meaning, negative attitudes toward counseling. When examined relationship between job related stress and sub-factor of psychological exhaustion, it showed a positive correlation in psychological exhaustion, occupational meaning, the expansion of negative interpersonal relationship, and somatization and for the relationship between job-related stress and professional development. Professional sense is exerted a significant influence on impact factor.
