국문 초록

시간 속에는 그 사회를 구성하고 있는 사람들의 삶이 녹아있기 때문에, 시간배분의 양식은 바로 생활양식을 규정한다. 따라서 많은 나라들에서 생활시간을 체계적·과학적으로 분석하여 자국민의 삶의 질을 고양하고자 하는 시도는 오래 전부터 있어왔다. 본 논문에서는 1999년부터 국가적 사업으로 5년마다 행해지는 국민생활시간조사를 정보기술을 이용하여 실시간으로 자료를 수집하고 분석하는 작업을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 (1)생활시간조사에 왜 실시간(Real-time) 대응이 필요하며, (2) 생활시간 조사의 자동화가 갖는 장·단점과 (3) 그 적용의 영역 등을 바탕으로 프로그램화의 가능성을 타진해 보고자 한다. 또 본 연구는 실시간 생활시간조사를 통해 조사비용과 시간을 획기적으로 절약하고자 했을 뿐만 아니라 특정 계절 및 시간에 행해진 조사의 한계를 극복하여 언제 어디에서라도 온라인으로 컴퓨터, PDA 등 다양한 방식으로 조사가 가능하게 하고자 했다.

영문 초록

The people s life are melted into time that structured the society and the mode of time distribution regulates the way of life. So many developed countries to tried raise the quality of life the native peoples as analyzing the time use in systematically and scientifically for a long time. In this paper, I want to searched the National Time Use Survey was put in force per 5 years since 1999 that could collect and analysis the data in real-time by using the information technology. The purpose of this paper is (1) why the real-time response is needed in National Time Use Survey, (2) merits and demerits of the automatical National Time Use Survey, and (3) to estimate the possibility of programming based in the limit of application. Through the National Time Use Survey not only I would like to save cost and time but also exceed the limitation of survey that acted the particular seasons and weeks. And it is possible to do the survey a diverse mode in every space and time as like computer, PDA.
