종합병원 정기 건강검진 이행여부와 관련된 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 종합병원 정기 건강검진의 이행 여부와 이용고객의 특성과 만족도 등의 세부 요인들의 영향관계를 분석하여 효율적인 건강검진센터 운영정책을 위한 근거자료를 제공하고, 추후 고객 지향적인 의료서비스 제공의 기초자료로 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과 정기 건강검진 군이 그렇지 않은 군보다 남자의 비율과 기혼 비율이 높았으며 좀 더 높은 소득과 교육정도를 보였다. 또한 정기 건강검진 군이 건강에 관한 관심이 높았으며 건강유지를 위한 관리를 하고 있다. 건강검진센터에 대한 만족도에서는 정기적으로 건강검진을 이행하는 집단은 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 대기시간 및 절차, 이용편이 및 접근용이성, 재이용의사, 타인권유의사, 직원의 친절성에 대하여 만족도가 높았고, 의료진에 대하여는 1회 건강검진군보다 만족도가 낮았다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 정기적 건강검진의 목적에 맞는 검진 종목에 대한 정도관리와 지속적 관리 프로그램의 다양화, 전략적이고 공격적인 마케팅, 불필요한 검사의 축소 및 비용의 효율화 방안 등이 앞으로 논의되어야 할 것이며 재이용을 하지 않는 집단의 정기적 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 기초 자료가 많이 확충되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to gain information about the characteristic factors that influence participation in the periodic GHE(General Health Examination) and to supply basic and practical data for the development of effective management programs for many health promoting centers and hospital management systems. In terms of population & socio-economic factors, the periodic group had a markedly higher proportion with higher income and education level, male, married, and closer dwelling to the hospital than the non-periodic group. For the perception degree and behavior in their health, the periodic group had the better health perception, usually performed some health management, took regular exercise, and smoked less than the non-periodic group. For the utilization characteristics, the periodic group had higher interest in their health and had a higher proportion who had taken GHE of their own volition rather than at a physician or family s recommendation. For the factor of satisfaction degree after taking GHE, the periodic group was more satisfied with waiting time, the traffic convenience, and the ease of access to the promoting center, the additional payment for better medical services, the recommendation to others, and the kindness of a health promoting center s members than the non-periodic group. Based on the results, we need to improve the GHE by incorporating better contents of examination and tactical marketing methods, and reducing unnecessary exams and hidden cost.
