건강-의료계통 관련 전공자를 위한 해부학교육에서 Blended Learning의 적용 및 효과분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 해부학 전공 교수요원의 부족으로 인하여 보건의료 계통의 전공자의 교육에 있어 질적 저하를 막고, 교육 효과를 극대화함과 아울러 교원의 강의부담 경감과 연구활동의 활성화를 도모하는 데 있어 전통적 강의의 대체방안으로 blended learning 개발 및 적용 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 해부학 과목이 전공필수로 되어 있는 강원대학교 2개 학과(간호학과 42명, 스포츠과학부 26명) 전공자들을 대상으로 16주 동안 가상강의, 면대면 강의, 실습을 포함하는 blended learning 방식의 새로운 교수법을 개발 및 적용하였고, 학습자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 결과 분석하였다. 전공과 관계없이 대부분의 학생들은 blended learning의 강의 구성, 강의 내용, 운영 및 관리 전반에 만족하였다. Blended learning의 가장 큰 장점으로 효과적인 지식 습득(50.0%)을 선택하였고, 전공 간의 통계적인 차이는 없었다. 따라서 본 연구는 blended learning이 보건의료 학생들의 해부학 강의에 있어 유용한 학습법이 될 것으로 판단되나, 효과적인 학습모델로서 자리매김 하기 위해서는 향후 추가적인 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to evaluate development and application of blended learning strategy for undergraduate health allied sciences students in human anatomical education, instead of traditional one. The blended learning course included E-learning, face to face lecture and practice, which was developed and implemented by the author. The study was carried out among students in the second year of the nursing science (NS, N=42) and sports science (SS, N=26) in Kangwon National University for 16 weeks. Two groups of students were asked to fill out anonymous questionnaires (satisfaction, difficulty, improvements, course management, academic activities) on impact of blended learning. The results were compared between majors. The majority of the students were satisfied with components, contents, management of blended learning course. They selected effective acquisition of knowledge (50.0%) as the most important benefit of this course. No statistically significant differences between majors were found. Therefore, it was suggested that blended learning course in anatomical education for undergraduate health allied sciences students would be useful tool to teach and learn. And further study in application of blended learning as an effective learning model would be needed.
