국문 초록

본 연구 목적은 국가경제 위기상황에서 이란기업들의 한국과 비제재품목 거래시 시장관리 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 SWOT-AHP-TOWS 분석 기법으로 이란기업이 한국과 인도주의 물품 거래에 있어 관리 우선순위와 위기관리 전략을 파악하였다. 분석 결과 상위계층(Criteria)의 중요도는 외부로 부터의 기회와 위협, 그리고 내부적인 약점과 강점 순으로 나타났다. 하위계층(Sub-criteria)의 전체 속성 중요도(Global priorities)는 외부요인의 한국의 제재유예국 지위, 이란기업의 SDN list 등재 위협, 내부적인 은행들의 엄격한 서류심사, 그리고 한국제품 품질경쟁력 순으로 분석되었다. 이란기업에게 제시하는 시사점은 제재기간중 원화결제시스템과 한국산 제품의 경쟁력을 활용하여 시장관리를 지속하여야 한다. 그러나 비제재품목의 허용된 거래를 통해 미국의 제재대상이 되는 SDN list에 등재되지 않고 은행들의 서류심사에 하자가 없도록 주의를 기울여야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose risk management strategies of Iranian companies trading with Korean companies. This research analyzes SWOT Group and SWOT Factors of Iranian companies’ trade environment during the economic sanction. Based on SWOT-AHP-TOWS empirical analysis method, this study presents some results and suggestions. The SWOT-AHP analysis in this research shows top priorities which should be overcome to do business with Korean partners. First, referring to Level 1 (Criteria) of the SWOT Group, opportunities and threats from external environment have higher priorities and are followed by weaknesses and strengths from internal environment. Second, according to Level 2 (Sub-criteria) of SWOT Factors, the top global priorities of trade environment are Korea’s sanction waiver and possibility of SDN list expansion, thorough screening of trade documents by Korean banks and Korean products’ competitiveness. Finally, using the TOWS matrix analysis, this study presents risk management strategies. Most of Iranian companies should use Korea’ sanction waiver and quality of Korean products in order to keep the market share. Also, Iranian companies ought to comply with sanction guide line on international trade during the sanction.
