국문 초록

본 연구는 AHP를 통한 풀필먼트 투자 중요도를 거점, 서비스, 비용의 요인 도출을 거쳐 대기업 물류창고업에 종사하는 전문가들의 설문 조사를 통해 경제성이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 풀필먼트 건설은 구조상 초기에 집중적으로 지출이 발생하고 편익은 준공 후 장기간에 걸쳐 발생하므로 투자의 타당성과 수익성을 고려한 종합적인 경제성 분석이 제일 중요한 요인으로 나타난 것이라 볼 수 있다. 이러한 풀필먼트에 대한 투자는 앞으로도 계속해서 진행될 것이다. 그 이유는 거스를 수 없는 시대적 흐름이다. 나 홀로 사는 1인 가구의 증가, 최소량 구매를 원하는 수요, 사람과의 만남보다는 단절을 선택하는 비접촉(untact) 족의 확산, 집에서 놀기 좋아하는 홈루덴스(Home Ludens) 족들의 출현이 풀필먼트를 촉진할 것이다. 또한, 코로나바이러스 감염증-19(COVID-19) 여파로 인해 두문불출 두려움으로 나 홀로 모바일 거래를 선호하는 사람들이 늘어나며 완전한 고령화가 임박한 작금의 시대에 시니어 소비자들은 쇼핑의 편의성을 갈수록 중시할 것이다. MZ 세대의 유튜브, 넷플릭스 등 영상을 선호하는 현상이 온라인과 접목하여 콘텐츠 커머스로 확대되고 극강의 편리함을 추구하는 빠른 배달확산으로 풀필먼트 투자는 많은 관련 업체의 당면 과제가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the major tasks of logistics centers and to analyze the important factors of investment when constructing a fulfillment through field expert surveys using AHP technique and to derive the priorities from suggesting implications for enhancing the delivery competitiveness and fostering the logistics industry. Research design, data, methodology : This study set up the hierarchical goal with AHP as fulfillment investment importance analysis and composed three fields as core fields through previous studies and interviews. Besides, a total of 11 sectoral evaluation criteria led to the relative importance of the alternatives. The definition of operational concepts by field was selected based on the field experts and related papers and research reports. Results : In the overall result value, the most important factor was the economicefficiency. Next, location selection-transportation-infrastructure-business direction setting-operation-customer-financing-trade volume-land-partner. Conclusions : Investing in full-filment will continue in the future. The reason is the irresistible trend of the times.The increase in single-person households, the demand for minimal purchases, the proliferation of untacts who choose to cut off rather than meet with people, and the emergence of home Ludens, who like to play at home, will spur the fullfilment.
