국문 초록

본 연구에서는 물류기업의 윤리경영 활동이 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 실질적인 물류기업의 윤리경영 활동이 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구 분석 자료와 관련하여서는 물류기업 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 윤리경영 데이터를 얻었으며, 재무적 성과의 대용변수인 수익성, 안정성, 성장성 지표는 재무 데이터를 활용하였다. 윤리경영 활동과 수익성 간의 관계에 있어서 설문을 통해 획득한 수익성 관련 경영성과 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 결과를 도출하였다. 그러나 윤리경영 변수와 수익성 관련 재무성과 사이에는 많은 유의한 결과가 도출되지 않았다. 윤리경영과 안정성 재무변수 간에는 직원들의 직무 만족이 높을수록 양호한 부채 관련 지표를 보였으며, 현금흐름 측면에서도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 기업의 차입 의존도와 관련하여서는 윤리경영의 실천과 교육이 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 윤리경영 인식, 조직 몰입, 직무 만족 측면에서는 부정적인 결과가 나타났다. 현금흐름과 관련하여서는 실천, 교육, 조직몰입과는 부(-)의 관계를 나타냈으며, 윤리경영인식, 직무 만족과는 정(+)의 관계를 나타냈다. 물류기업 종사자들은 윤리경영이 수익성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 인식하고 있지만 실증분석을 통해 살펴보면 영향력이 크지 않다는 것을 알 수 있다. 안정성과 관련해서는 높은 직무 만족이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the ethical management activities of logistics companies on their financial performance. Research design, data, methodology : In this study, multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the impact of ethical management activities on financial performance. Ethical management variables were surveyed with likert scale from logistics company workers, and profitability, stability and growth variables were measured by utilizing financial performance. Results : There were not significant relations between companies’ ethical management activities and profitability except its business performance. In stability, debt-related variables and free cash flows showed good when the employees were highly satisfied with their duties. Regarding the dependence on borrowing, the practice and education of ethical management showed positive relations. Regarding cash flows, education and immersion were negative and positive with ethical management perception and satisfaction. Conclusions : Employees at logistics companies recognized that ethical management had a positive impact on their profitability, but empirical analyses showed that it was not very influential. With regard to stability, it was shown that high satisfaction had a positive effect on stability.
