운송리스크 요인이 위험관리 전략에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

다국적기업에 의한 공급사슬관리하에서 위험요인은 점점 다양화되고 파급효과는 더욱 커지고 있다. 위험관리는 공급사슬과 운송의 연결성이 붕괴, 중단, 파산, 경제 및 정치적 변화를 가져올 수 있기 때문에 중요하다. 본 연구는 운송물류에서 발생하는 리스크 요인이 리스크관리 전략의 유형에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 실증분석을 위해 운송물류위험요인으로 운영, 재무, 인적자원, 외부환경리스크로 분류하였으며, 위험관리전략으로 위험회피, 수용, 감소, 전가로 유형화하여 설문조사를 통해 확보한 자료를 구조방정식 모델의 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 운송물류위험요인의 유형에 따라 물류위험전략의 선택에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위험수용전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 위험요인으로는 외부환경과 인적자원리스크이며, 위험회피전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 위험요인으로 외부환경리스크가 채택되었다. 위험감소전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 위험요인으로는 운영과 경제/재무이며, 위험전가 전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 위험요인은 운영과 재무리스크로 나타났다. 기업들은 운영과 인적자원리스크와 같은 내부적인 리스크에 대하여 소극적인 수용 또는 전가전략을 채택하는 경향이 높은 것으로 나타나 위험관리에 있어 보다 선제적이고 적극적인 노력이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose : Risk factors are becoming more diversified and their impacts are becoming larger under the global supply chain management which most of MNCs are undertaking. Risk management is of importance because links of supply chain and transport are prone to disruptions, breakdowns, bankruptcies and economic and political changes. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impacts of risk factors in transport logistics on the types of risk management strategies. Research design, data, methodology : Risk factors in transport were categorized into operational, financial, human resources, and external environmental risks, and the risk management strategies were classified into risk aversion, acceptance, reduction, and deflection. The data gathered via the questionnaire was used for SEM(structural equation modelling). Results : As a result of the study, it was found that there was a difference in the choice of logistics risk strategies by the type of transport risk factors. External risks and human resource risks are significant risk factors in terms of statistics that have a significant impact on risk acceptance strategies, and external risks have been adopted as risk factors that have statistically a significant impact on risk evasion strategies. The risk factors that significantly affect the risk reduction strategy are operational risk and economic/financial risk, and the risk factors that significantly affect the risk transfer strategy are operational and financial risk. Conclusions : Companies tend to adopt a passive acceptance or transfer strategy for internal risks such as operational and human resource risks, which suggesting that more proactive and aggressive efforts in risk management are required in order to protect risks in transport logistics.
