대학생의 자기소개서 쓰기의 특징과 지도 방안

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생의 자기소개서 쓰기의 특징을 밝히고, 자기소개서 작성을 지도하기 위한 과제나 방안을 찾기 위함이다. 이를 위해서 연구자는 글쓰기 강좌에서 자기소개서를 쓰게 하고, 그 원고들을 학생들이 분석하게 하였다. 이 두 결과물을 연구자는 분석 대상으로 삼았다. 학생들의 수행 과정에서는 문서의 형식과 절차를 표준화 하였고, 연구자는 자기소개서와 보고서 전반에 대해서 특징을 파악하고 그 결과를 토대로 논의를 진행하였다. 자기소개서에 대한 학생들의 보고서를 분석한 결과 학생들은 보고서의 표현보다 내용 구성을 중요하게 생각함을 발견하였다. 그러나 자기 소개서의 완성도를 평가한 결과에서는 내용보다 표현 영역의 점수가 높았다. 내용을 생성하는 능력은 ‘열정’과 ‘책임’영역에서 높고, 창의 영역에서 낮았다. 내용 생성 단계에서 준비량이 많을수록 문서의 완성도가 높다는 결론을 얻었으며, ‘인화’영역이 문서 작성 능력과 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 판명되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to reveal the characteristics of the self-introduction writing of college students and to find effective ways to teach for a better self-written introduction. Students wrote self-introduction in the course of writing, and the manuscripts were analyzed by other students. These two made ??the researchers analyzed the results. Students performance in the process was to standardize the format and procedures of the document, researchers have devised teaching plans based on the results of the self-introduction and throughout the report to identify the characteristics. The results of analysis of students reports on self-introduction showed that the students put a bigger emphasis on composition of the content than expressions of the report. However, at the result of evaluating the completeness of self-introduction, the area of expression rather than content made the higher score. The ability to create content was high in the area of Passion and Responsibility and low in the area of ?? Creativity . We obtained the task of coaching students life to create content and improving discerning eye to assess the value of information through correlation of content creation and writing performance.
