통찰형 인재 양성 방안에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 통찰이라는 개념의 명확화를 통해 핵심요소를 파악하고, 시대적 요청이라 할 수 있는 통찰형 인재의 구체적 모습을 살펴보면서 교육적 패러다임 측면에서 양성 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 통찰의 핵심요소를 파악하여 통찰형 인재의 구체적 모습을 정립하였다. 현대 사회는 수많은 지식정보들 중에서 그 이면에 담긴 본질을 꿰뚫기 위한 사고를 해야만 살아남을 수 있는 시대이다. 이를 위해서는 통찰력, 즉 고정관념을 탈피해 기존에 존재하는 지식이나 경험들의 관계를 재구성하여 다시 새로운 가치를 창출하는 끊임없는 도전과 모험을 시도할 수 있는 능력을 갖추어야 한다. 이와 같은 통찰의 핵심요소를 바탕으로 통찰력을 갖춘 인재를 이 시대는 원하고 있다. 이러한 통찰형 인재는 결국 제너럴리스트(Generalist), 스페셜리스트(Specialist), 휴머니스트(Humanist)의 요소를 고루 갖추어야 한다. 이러한 인재를 양성하기 위한 방안으로 군사부일체(君師父一體)의 교육적 패러다임을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군(君), 즉 교육당국의 역할은 학생들로 하여금 다방면의 지적 경험이 가능한 제 여건을 조성해야 한다. 둘째, 사(師), 즉 학교의 역할은 교사 전문성 신장을 위한 시스템적 혁신이 요청된다. 셋째, 부(父), 즉 가정의 역할은 소통과 협력의 관계를 형성하기 위한 인성을 확보하기 위하여 가족 본연의 기능을 회복해야 한다. 그리고 통찰형 인재 양성을 통해 오늘날의 시대정신을 정확하게 파악하고, 위기 상황을 극복할 수 있는 지혜를 발휘하여 공동체 발전의 비전을 실현할 수 있는 기반을 다져야 한다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to identify the core elements of insight through the classification of the concept and examine the specific aspects of insightful person required today, thus searching for plans to cultivate insightful person from the perspective of educational paradigm. For those purposes, the study first established the specific aspects of insightful person by identifying the core elements of insight. Today s modern society asks individuals to do thinking of recognizing the essence behind a good volume of knowledge and information for survival. They thus need insight, which involves the abilities of making constant attempts at challenges and adventures by growing out of the old stereotypes, reorganizing the old connections between knowledge and experience, and creating new values. There is a current need for talents armed with insight based on its core elements. Insightful person are required to have the elements of generalist, specialist, and humanist. The present study looked into the ways of cultivating insightful person from the perspective of educational paradigm based on the idea that monarch, teacher and father are one: first, the monarch or the nation should play the role of creating conditions to allow the students to have intellectual experiences in various fields; secondly, the teacher or the school should promote system reforms for the greater professionalism of teachers; and finally, the father or the family should restore the natural functions of family to guarantee the personality for the relationships of communication and collaboration. It is also required to bring up insightful person so that they will read the spirit of times today accurately, exert wisdom to overcome a crisis situation, and solidify a foundation to fulfill the vision of community development.
