국문 초록

본 연구는 평생교육이 가지는 삶의 질 향상 효과에 대하여 지역 간 차이를 농어촌지역을 기준으로 분석하고, 결과 해석을 통해 향 후 농어촌지역의 평생교육 지원방향을 제언하여 농어촌 지역의 평생교육 참여를 확대시키고 지역유지와 발전에 기여하는 핵심인력 양성과 활용성 증대에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 농어촌지역을 기준값으로 하여 대도시 및 중소도시와의 삶의 질 관련 변인 차이를 분석하는 다항로짓분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과로 볼 때, 농어촌주민들이 직접적으로 체감할 수 있는 지속 지원, 평생교육과 삶의 질에 대한 이해와 접근을 용이하게 할 수 있는 지원, 사회 참여확대를 위한 프로그램과 유인책, 지역 발전과 지역경제 육성에 기여하는 지역인재 확보책과 더불어 개인특성 맞춤형 지원정책이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes regional differences in the effects of lifelong education on improvement in the quality of life, with agricultural and fishing areas as the reference, and aims at expanding participation in lifelong education at agricultural and fishing areas and contributing to the nurturing and availability of key manpower who will contribute to local maintenance and development, by suggesting the future direction of support for lifelong education in the agricultural and fishery areas through interpreting results of the analysis. For this, multinomial logistic analysis to analyze differences in quality of life-related variables between large cities and small and medium towns, with the agricultural and fishery areas as the reference value To consider the results of analysis, policies of support customized to personal characteristics as well as continuous support that can be felt in person by rural inhabitants, support to facilitate understanding about and approach to lifelong education and the quality of life, programs and inducements to expand social participation, and measures to secure local talents who will contribute to local development and local economy promotion will have to be implemented.
