국문 초록

본 논문은 수도권 지역의 귀촌 희망자들이 성별, 연령, 직업, 소득, 지역에 따라서 귀촌지역 결정과 귀촌정보 취득 및 자치단체의 귀촌지원 정책들에 대하여 집단간에 어떠한 차이를 보이고 있으며. 지방자치단체의 귀촌지원정책에 미치는 영향요인들은 무엇인지를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역 도시민 171명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 수도권지역 도시민들이 귀촌지를 선택하는 이유는 경제적인 것 보다는 환경적인 것과 건강한 삶과 관련이 있었다. 또한 귀촌인들이 주로 귀농 귀촌 박람회와 주변의 지인을 통해 귀촌정보를 얻는 것에 상대적으로 높은 만족감을 갖고 있었다. 아울러 자치단체의 귀촌지원 정책들에 대하여 귀촌 희망자들은 지역주민과의 친밀감 조성과 건축 인허가 등 행정절차안내 등이 매우 중요하다고 판단하고 있다.

영문 초록

In this paper, we are trying to find out that there is making a difference between groups of returnees in the metropolitan area, regarding the decision of returning their hometown. We investigate what kind of factors make them reveal the preferences as to acquiring information on hometown and supporting policies for returning to their hometown, depending on gender, age, occupation, income and region. The purpose of this study is to analyze what factors affect local governments support policies for returning their homes. To this end, a survey was conducted on 171 urban residents in the metropolitan area. The analysis showed that urban residents in metropolitan areas chose back-to-village home; because, they were more concerned with the environmental consideration and healthy lives rather than economic ones. In addition, the villagers had a relatively high level of satisfaction in obtaining the village information through the villagers exhibition fairs and acquaintances. As the support policies of local governments are concerned, they believe that the guidance of the administrative procedures such as building intimacy with local residents and building permits are important.
