국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학생의 또래관계에 따른 모자화(Mother and Child Drawings)의 반응특성을 통하여 초등학생의 또래관계를 파악하는 검사 도구로서의 활용 가능성이 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 경기도 지역에 위치한 초등학교 두 곳의 4~6학년(남학생 245명, 여학생 210명)으로 총 455명을 대상으로 하였다. 검사도구는 모자화와 또래관계 척도를 사용하였으며, 자료분석은 교차분석을 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 또래관계에 따른 모자화의 그림반응특성 차이를 살펴본 결과, 아이 상의 형태, 표정, 크기에서, 어머니상의 표정, 신체 부위 생략에서, 모자상의 첨가물 수에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 초등학생의 또래관계에 따른 모자화의 PDI 반응특성 차이는 어머니상 행위, 모자상 행위, 모자상 생각, 친밀감의 대상에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 모자화가 초등학생의 또래관계를 파악하는 유용한 검사도구로서 활용 가능성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the possibility of using mother sand child drawings as an instrument to inspect peer relationships of elementary school students, by analyzing elementary school students response characteristics of mother and child drawings depending on peer relationships. This study targeted a total of 455 students(245 males, 210 females) in their 4th grade to 6th grade from two elementary school students in Gyeonggi-do. As assessment tools, mother and child drawings and peer relationship scale were used and for data analysis, cross analysis was carried out. The study results are as follows. First, in relation to elementary school students response characteristics of mother and child drawings depending on peer relationships, there were significant differences in forms, expressions and sizes of child images, expressions of mother images, omission of body parts and the number of additives to mother images. Second, in relation to elementary school students PDI response characteristics of mother and child drawings depending on peer relationships, there were significant differences in acts of mother images, acts of mother and child images, thoughts of mother and child images and objects of intimacy. In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that mother and child drawings can used as an useful instrument to inspect peer relationships among elementary school students.
