국문 초록

이 글은 심미적 감성 역량 개발을 중심으로 명화 활용 미술 수업의 교육적 가능성과 실현 방안을 탐구하였다. 특히 한국과 독일, 그리고 영국 교사들의 명화 활용 미술 수업 사례들을 분석하고 재현함으로써 명화 활용 미술 수업의 교육적 의미와 가능성을 조명하고자 하였다. 구체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 명화 활용 미술 수업은 첫째, 작품 완성에 대한 막연한 부담감을 줄여줄 수 있다. 둘째, 명화의 맥락적 이해를 통해 다양한 역량을 미술 활동에 적극적으로 융합할 수 있다. 셋째, 시각 자료의 흥미로운 전달 방식을 통하여 학생들의 삶과 연계된 교육과정을 구성할 수 있다. 이 연구를 통해 학생들이 수업 중 지속적으로 관심과 흥미를 갖고 실기 표현에 대한 부담감을 줄이는데 ʻ명화ʼ가 어떻게 기능하는지 현장 교사들의 목소리를 통해 밝힐수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 학생들이 삶 속에서 심미적 감성 역량을 키워 미술 문화를 향유하는 데 ʻ명화 활용 미술 수업 경험ʼ이 어떤 교육적 효과가 있는지 구체적인 가능성을 찾아내는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This article explored the educational possibilities and practical methods of the masterpiece based art classes, focusing on aesthetic-emotional competency. In particular, the article was intended to shed light on the educational significance and potential of the masterpiece based art classes by analyzing and reproducing examples of Korean, German and British teachers. Specific findings and conclusions of the study are as follows. the masterpiece based art classes can, first of all, reduce the vague burden of completing a piece. Second, through the contextual understanding of the masterpiece, various capabilities can be actively integrated into art activities. Third, through the interesting mode of delivery of visuals, we can construct curricula that are linked to the lives of students. The results of the study can be revealed through the voices of on-site teachers how ʻʻthe masterpieceʼʼ functions in reducing the burden on students continuous interest and interest during classes and on practical expressions. It could also help students develop Aesthetic-emotional competency in their lives to find concrete possibilities for what educational effects the ʻʻthe masterpiece based art classes experienceʼʼ can have on enjoying art culture.
