국문 초록

이 논문은 2015 개정 미술과 교육과정에 대해 미술과의 특성, 성격과 내용체계 등을 알아보고, 2015 개정 교육과정이 남긴 과제를 통해서 미래 미술과 교육과정의 지향점을 세계시민성교육과의 연계성을 통해 고찰하는데 연구의 목적을 둔다. 따라서 본고는 첫째, 2015 개정 교육과정과 미술과 교육과정과의 관련성과 차이점을 논의 하기 위해서 핵심역량을 다룬다. 또한 2015 개정 미술과 교육과정의 특성과 내용 체계를 논의하여 학습자가 제한된 수업시수 내에서 학습할 수 있는 체험, 표현, 감상 영역의 내용체계 구성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 둘째, 이 논문은 역량중심 미술과 교육과정이 남긴 과제를 중심으로 미래의 교육과정 개발 방향을 세계시민교육과 관련하여 논의를 진행시킨다. 이는 세계시민교육이 지향하는 주요 학습자의 특성과 2015 개정 교육과정의 핵심역량을 중심으로 파악한다. 따라서 이 연구는 정부주도 하에 수시개정체계와 정시 개정체계를 병행하고 있는 교육과정 개정시, 미술교과의 지식과 기능, 그리고 역량을 연결하여 세계시민교육의 가치와 의미를 창조할 수있는 측면에서 고려되어야 할 것임을 주장한다.

영문 초록

School education is placing greater emphasis on the acquisition of knowledge, rather than focusing on the character development of students. Teenage students, who are the future of South Korea, thus receive an imbalanced education in schools. Art education with its basis on emotion, pursues psychological development. However, psychological development is sorely lacking. The 2015 Revised National Curriculum was developed under these circumstances in order to provide the future generation and society with not only the ability to learn piecemeal knowledge and notions, which is the mission of traditional school education, but to encourage them to discover and apply knowledge, and to create new knowledge. Therefore, the purpose of this study examines the art curriculum in the 2015 Revised National Curriculum and aims to present goals for future education plans, and to discover the implications of global citizenship education. First, this study discusses the characteristics and content structure of the curriculum in the 2015 Revised Art National Curriculum, by exploring the relation between general education and art education. In particular, the structures of experience, expression, and appreciation in the art curriculum in the 2015 Art Revised National Curriculum are discussed to understand the factors of capacity-centered the 2015 Revised Art National Curriculum. Second, this study discusses the relation between global citizenship education and the 2015 Revised Art National Curriculum, focusing on capacity-centered art curriculum. The implications and task from the 2015 Revised Art National Curriculum are examined to propose future goals for global citizenship education.
