국문 초록

이 연구는 효율적인 아파트 관리를 위해서 경험적인 아파트 주민의 인식에 대하여 고려한다. 이렇게 하기 위해서, 아파트 관리 서비스 품질과 주거 만족도와의 관계를 조사한다. 첫째, 공동주택의 거주자 성별은 연령의 차이는 있으나 남성과 여성으로 나눌 수 있다. 그러므로 성별에 따른 독립표본 t-검정분석 결과가 중요하다고 판단된다. 또한 남성과 여성이 공동주택에 거주하는 주민이기에 이에 대한 분석은 의미가 있다고 본다. 둘째, 공동주택의 거주자의 유형은 소유권자인지 아닌지로 구분할 수 있다. 그러므로 소유권 유무에 따라 차이가 있을 것이라는 가정 하에 평균차이 검정을 하였다. 셋째, 공동주택의 관리방식은 대체로 주택관리업 등록을 한 공동주택관리전문업체에 위탁하여 관리하는 방식인 위탁관리와 입주자들이 스스로 관리 기구를 구성하여 관리하는 방식인 자치관리 두 가지로 나누어도 크게 무리가 되는 것은 아니라고 본다. 이와 관련하여 관리방식에 따라 인식의 차이가 있을 것이라는 전제하에 행한 평균차이검정 분석을 하였다. 그러므로 첫 번째 분석 결과에서 생활서비스품질에 대한 인식 수준을 끌어올리기 위해서는 공동주택에 거주하는 주부 등 여성에게 협력을 구하는 방안을 강구하여야 할 것이다. 두 번째 분석 결과에서는 비교적 거주기간이 짧은 임차인 등의 협조를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 나가야 할 것이다. 세 번째 분석결과에서 커뮤니티활성화를 위한 사적 친밀도를 높여 나가기 위해서는 입주자대표회의에서 지원이 필요할 뿐만 아니라 대부분의 아파트에서 오피니언리더의 역할을 하는 부녀회의 역할 등 자생단체의 역할을 중시해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study considers on empirical on apartment residents recognized for efficiently apartment manage . To do this, Apartment management service quality and residential satisfaction level of relationships is examined. First, residents of Apartment House are gender differences in age, but residents of Apartment House can be divided into male and female. Therefore, independent samples t- test results according to gender are deemed important. In addition, men and women for this analysis because residents in Apartment House will be seen that there is a meaning. Second, the type of residents of the apartment house can be divided into whether owners. Therefore, independent samples t- test was under the assumption that there is a difference depending on whether ownership. Third, the management methods of co-housing related activities are also largely divided into registered Homes public housing managed by one of two ways to approach the municipal administration to manage foster care and tenant management organizations that manage and configure themselves by charging a large herd specialist It looks not that unreasonableness. In this test was the average difference analysis performed under the assumption that there will be a difference in recognition, according to the management method.
