효율적인 교재원 운영을 위한 연구

국문 초록

학교현장에서 교재원을 효율적으로 운영하고, 관리할 수 있도록 2007 개정 교육과정에 근거하여 초등학교 교과서에서 제시되는 식물을 분석하였고, 재배방법을 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교 교재원에서 재배하기에 적합하다고 생각되는 식물의 종류는 화초에서 25종류, 채소에서 31종류가 선정 되었다. 화초는 한두해살이 화초가 16종, 알뿌리 화초가 9종이었고, 채소는 잎줄기 채소가 16종, 뿌리채소가 6종, 열매채소가 9종인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 봄에 재배할 준비를 해야 하는 화초는 나팔꽃, 달맞이꽃, 루드베키아, 매리골드, 맨드라미, 백일홍, 봉선화, 분꽃, 샐비어, 채송화, 천일홍, 코스모스, 팬지, 해바라기, 글라디올러스, 달리아, 칸나데이지, 피튜니아이다. 봄에 씨 또는 알뿌리를 파종하는 화초이며 개화 시기는 여름에서 가을이다. 또한, 히아신스, 백합, 상사화, 수선화, 참나리, 튤립은 가을에 씨 또는 알뿌리를 파종하는 화초이며 개화 시기는 봄이다. 따라서 봄뿌림 화초를 심고 여름, 가을에 아름다운 화초의 모습을 감상한 후 가을뿌림화초를 준비하면 연중 교재원에서 아름다운 화초의 모습을 볼 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 봄에 재배할 준비를 해야 하는 채소는 감자, 들깨, 브로콜리, 우엉, 강낭콩, 고추, 호박, 수박, 참외이며 봄에 파종을 하여 여름에 수확을 할 수 있는 채소이다. 또한, 배추, 양파, 무는 늦여름에 파종하여 늦가을에서 초겨울에 수확 할 수 있다. 시금치, 쑥갓, 래디시, 파, 당근은 한여름과 한겨울을 제외하고 항상 재배할 수 있는 채소이며 상추는 겨울철을 제외하고 재배가 가능하므로 재배시기를 잘 조절한다면 여러 차례 재배할 수 있다.

영문 초록

In order to operate the teaching material gardens efficiently at the school, the plants presented in the elementary school textbooks based on the 2007 revised curriculum were analyzed, and the results of the research on the cultivation methods were as follows. First, total of 25 species of plants and 31 kinds of vegetables that are considered suitable for seasonal cultivation in teaching material garden were selected and the plants are shown in the table below. The conclusion of analysis of sowing time, planting time and harvesting time of selected plants were as follows. Second, the flowers that need to be prepared for cultivation in the spring are Morning glory, Evening primrose, Rudbeckia, Marigold, Cockscomb, Zinnia elegans, Garden balsam, Four-o clock, Salvia, Rose moss, Cosmos, Pansy, Sunflower, Gladiolus, Dahlia, Canna. Daisy and Petunia. They are flowers that plant seeds or bulbs in the spring, and the flowering period is from summer to autumn. In addition, hyacinth, lily, magic lily, narcissus, tiger lily and tulip are flowers that plant seeds or bulbs in autumn, and the flowering period is spring. Accordingly, if we plant the spring planting flowers, and appreciate beautiful flowers in summer and autumn, and then plant the autumn planting flowers, we can see the beautiful flowers in the teaching material garden all year round. Third, The vegetables that need to be prepared for cultivation in the spring are potato, perilla, broccoli, burdock, kidney beans, pepper, pumpkin, watermelon and melon, which can be harvested in summer after sowing in spring. In addition, cabbage, onion, and radish can be harvested from late autumn to early winter by sowing in late summer. Spinach, crown daisy, radish, welsh onion, carrot are all vegetables that can be grown all the time except mid-summer and mid-winter. Lettuce can be cultivated except winter, so it can be cultivated several times if the cultivation time is well controlled.
