국문 초록

이 연구는 변화된 읽기 능력 개념, 읽기의 언어 환경을 반영하여 읽기 기초 학력을 재개념화하고, 나아가 이를 바탕으로 읽기 기초학력 진단 평가 틀을 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 먼저 읽기 능력과 읽기 이해 과정을 바탕으로 기초학력의 개념을 탐구하고, 한국교육과정평가원의 초3 읽기 기초학력 평가 틀과 외국의 국가 수준 읽기 평가 틀을 비판적으로 고찰하였다. 읽기 기초학력이란 ‘범교과 학습을 위한 기초적인 읽기 능력으로, 독자의 배경 지식과, 글, 읽기가 발생되는 맥락의 상호 작용을 통해 한글 해득에서 더 나아가 사실적 의미를 구성하는 과정’이다. 이를 토대로 읽기 과정, 읽기 목적, 텍스트 유형의 세 가지로 범주화하여 읽기 기초학력 진단 평가 틀을 구성하였다. 초3 읽기 기초학력 진단 평가는 기존의 교과 학습 평가 등과 차별화하고, 국가수준 진단 평가로서의 고유의 특성을 가진 평가로 자리매김되어야 한다

영문 초록

By this research, I tried to re-conceptualize the reading foundation educational background diagnosis evaluation and to propose the improvement program of the evaluation frame. in detail, I set the concept of reading fundational educational background, and proposed the standard for the frame formation of reading evaluation For this purpose, I explored the reading ability concept, the context of the 2008 korean language education curriculum and foreign national level reading evaluation tools, and And by the background of the standard that I mentioned before, I proposed the Improvement scheme for the evaluation of 3rd grade elementary fundamental education background. As the evaluation scheme of reading, I designed it by the several parts. a. The reading process(Hangul apprehensibility, understanding of the words, comprehension level of the fact), b. reading purpose(acquisition of the information, criticism, social mutual function, cultivating emotion) c. The type of the text(exposion, persuasion, literary, complex graphic medium) Key Words : reading diagnostic evaluation, reading fundational educational background, reading process, reading purpose, text type
