영문 초록

Diverse recreational needs of the people has been increasing as the Korea introduced 5 working days and met the era of two million national income. Several studies which deals with an economic development of the advanced countries and recreational needs show the remarkable development of the tennis, golf followed by riding. Horse riding, a coherent whole with living organisms, is a special nature of the exercise among the variety of sports. In the modern society, the young have a comparatively self-centered values due to the fact of nuclear family and computer savvy while workers are under excessive stress in order to survive the global competition. Leisure Riding is prominently effective sports that can raise a great morale and youth as well as build their sound emotional, get a stress free for modern people. The report makes a number of points regarding the current status and legal system of korea horse riding, associating the related policies of the government and local governments. In conclusion, several plans were proposed about the development of the leisure riding.
