국문 초록

국내의 도시재생사업은 기존 패러다임에서 벗어나 쇠퇴화가 진행되는 기존 도시공간을 점진적 맞춤형으로 대응하는 장소 중심의 총체적 개념으로 시행되고 있으며, 사업의 조기 촉진과 지속가능한 동력을 유도하기 위하여 문화예술에 기반한 촉매사업이 중추적 역할을 하고 있다. 특히, 촉매사업의 실현수단으로 서구에서 시작된 유휴공간의 한시적 활용을 통한 유연한 전략이 국내 도시재생사업지역에서도 적극적으로 활용되는 시도가 나타나고 있으며, 이러한 시각이 투영된 최근 경향이 컨테이너 건축을 활용한 복합문화시설이며, 이는 더욱 확대될 것으로 보인다. 따라서, 컨테이너 건축을 활용한 한시적 복합문화시설이 그 촉매효과를 제대로 발휘하기 위해서는 실질적인 순환적 경제구조와 함께 공공 기여가 가능한 민간 주도의 치밀한 비즈니스 모델과 매개공간을 통한 다양한 프로그램이 가능한 시설 계획 전략이 필요하며, 이로써 도시재생 촉매의 궁극적 목표인 주변의 연속적 발전에 영향을 미쳐 도시재생사업지역과 지역 전체에 영향력 있는 결과를 가져오는 수단이 될 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

Domestic urban regeneration projects are being carried out in an overall concept of place-based countermeasures that gradually adapt to existing urban spaces that are deteriorating from existing paradigms. In order to promote early business and sustainable power, a catalyst based on culture and arts Business is playing a pivotal role. Especially, a flexible strategy through the temporary utilization of idle space, which was started in the West as a means of realizing the catalyst business, is being actively utilized in domestic urban regeneration business areas. The recent tendency in which these views are projected is a complex cultural facility that utilizes container architecture, which is expected to further expand. Therefore, in order for the temporary cultural complex facilities utilizing the container architecture to exhibit its catalytic effect, there needs to be a concrete business model with a realistic circular structure and public contribution that enables public contribution, and a facility planning strategy. This will affect the continuous development of the environment, which is the ultimate goal of urban regeneration catalyst, and it will be a means to bring influential results to urban regeneration area and region as a whole.
