국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국 수출기업의 조직역량이 환경협력전략과 환경성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 변수들 간의 관계는 선행연구를 통해 확인하였고 이를 통해 나타난 변수들의 개념적 정의와 조작적 정의를 확인하였다. 설문지는 한국무역협회 회원명부에서 무작위로 추출된 표본기업에 보내졌고 219개의 유효한 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 통해 신뢰성과 타당성을 확인받았고 인과분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 몰입은 신뢰를 매개변수로 하여 환경협력전략에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 부서 간뿐만 아니라 공급자들과의 관계에서도 직무에 대한 몰입은 상호 간의 업무에서의 신뢰를 높이는 근거가 되고 이러한 높은 신뢰수준은 환경협력전략에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 환경협력전략은 환경성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 환경협력전략은 기업의 중요한 내부자원으로써 환경성과를 개선하는 근거가 된다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The aim of this study is to verify the effect of organizational capabilities on environmental collaboration strategy and environmental performance. Research design, data, methodology : The relationships between the variables were reviewed from prior research. The questionnaire was sent to the sample firms and 219 data was collected. The researcher tested reliability and validity for the data through the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, and the hypotheses were tested by analyzing structural equation modeling. Results : First, commitment has an indirect effect on environmental collaboration strategy by way of trust as a variable of mediation. Second, environmental collaboration strategy has a positive effect on environmental performance. Conclusions : The results are as follows. First, relationship commitment with inter-departments as well as suppliers is based on enhancing trust in mutual works, and the high trust has a positive effect on environmental collaboration strategy. Second, environmental collaboration strategy as the important internal resource is based on improving environmental performance.
