국문 초록

본 연구에서는 항만배후단지 물류센터 운영의 직무에 관한 평가 요인을 도출하여 상위계층과 하위계층으로 AHP 모형을 설계하였다. 선행연구에서 조사된 요인들을 분석하여, 공통되는 요인은 제거하고 비슷한 요인들을 계층으로 분류하여 항만배후단지 물류센터운영에 관한 요인을 도출하여 직무의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 상위계층에 따른 요인의 중요도는 물류센터 관리시스템 운영, 물류센터 관리계획, 물류센터 운영, 물류센터 사후관리의 순으로 우선순위가 도출되었다. 평가요인들의 종합적인 우선순위를 보면 창고관리시스템 운영능력, 물류운영 전략수립, 재고관리 운영, 수배송 계획수립 등의 순으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 항만배후단지 물류센터 운영에 필요한 직무를 체계적으로 분석함으로써 물류센터 분야의 교육에 다양하게 활용되고, 항만배후단지 물류센터 재직자들의 직무 능력을 향상시키는데 기여하여 우리나라 항만배후단지의 경쟁력을 높이고 물류센터의 고부가가치 창출에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to improve the job ability of the employees through analyzing operational works in logistics centers on the basis of the paradigm change in port logistics processes. Research design, data, methodology : AHP model is come from prior research, which was designed upper and lower hierarchies by grouping similar factors related to operational works of logistics centers in port hinterland. The priority of the factors was derived from comparing the factors to use AHP methodology. Results : The importance of the factors related to the higher hierarchies was derived by prioritizing the operation of the logistics center management systems, the logistics center management plans, the operation of the logistics centers, and the post-management of the logistics centers. The priority of comprehensive evaluation factors was analyzed by the order of WMS operational capability, logistics operation strategy, and inventory management operations. Conclusions : This study systematically analyzed works needed to operate a logistics centers. The results can contribute to educate employees of the logistics centers. In addition, it is possible that the results can contribute to improving the competitiveness of Korean port logistics industries and creating a high value in logistics centers.
