영문 초록

A existed Residential services and social housing policy for the vulnerable like public rental housing, housing assistance, home improvement support, mainly considering only architecture issue. In particular, the case of rural housing is highly sedentary. Stability is ensured in residential homes, etc., but has the problem of aging and aging. In this context this study is to investigate about the service Status and needs related to housing characteristics of vulnerable rural communities. Research was conducted using five areas in Yeongwol, Gangwon-do. Research topic of gender researchers, age, general characteristics, housing concerns, questions and interviews were conducted with respect to residential services in residential social services needs, which is currently used. Results of the study, and further housing the service to accurately diagnose the state of the actual house and support, shows that it is necessary to improve the quality of the appropriate type of service to provide residential services and service features for the occupants views were conducted with respect to residential services in residential social services needs, which is currently used.
