영문 초록

This research is about the situation that has been increasing political interest in the newlyweds with low fertility phenomenon with the increase in age of first marriage of the newlyweds. The causes of the increased age of first marriage and low birth rate is interpreted as housing problems, life stability issues, anxiety about parenting. Newlyweds pack up their first home and have a child and want to derive the impact of factors for the purpose of newlyweds who buy houses to live a stable life as a first step to prepare the house. According to 2014 household survey newlyweds household characteristics based on data and economic characteristics, housing characteristics, policy and institutional characteristics examined how this affected the willingness of the newlyweds who buy housing in accordance with the subscription conditions. The results were as follows: The higher the age of the household s head, the more furniture enemies, the more households with children planning, the more house moving experience, the more they live off cities, the more they have loans, according to the Public housing tenants willing, and according to public housing tenants willing, effeced the newly weds Self House purchase intentions Based on these research results I want to provide a housing policy implications for self Housing for honeymooners.
