국문 초록

본 연구는 한국 교육의 현실에 대한 종합적인 이해를 바탕으로 교육학과 교육행정학의 관계를 중심으로 교육행정학적 관점에서 요구되는 교육학의 학문적 과제를 탐색하는데 목표를 두었다. 교육의 현실과 미래를 조망한 결과 문제의식의 대부분은 정책과 제도의 개선과 연결되어 있으며 이러한 현실은 고스란히 교육행정의 실제를 구성함을 알 수 있었다. 교육학과 교육행정학의 관계는 교육행정학의 외연 확장성과 실제 지향성 경향이 뚜렷한 가운데 범 교육학의 구심력 회복이 필요하다는 전제하에 협동과 분리의 동시적 개념으로서 따로 또 같이 라는 발전적 상승 관계를 정립하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구는 교육학의 구심력 회복을 위한 과제는 교육학과 분과 학문의 공통분모로서 인간학을 확립하고 그것의 중심논리로서 범사회적으로 인간의 상생과 공존을 모색하는 교육학 자체의 논리 개발과 이를 통해 교육학의 내포를 단단히 하고 이 교육논리가 외연을 관통하도록 하여 정체성을 구현하는 것으로 보았다.

영문 초록

The study is to explore disciplinary tasks of education demanded from the perspective of educational administration with which education is related, based on a comprehensive understanding on educational practices in Korea. As a result of viewing reality and future in education, most of its issues are connected to the improvement of policy and institutions that are usually constituted into the practices in educational administration. While educational administration is obvious to be extensional and practically oriented, the relationship between education and educational administration is desirable to be co-developmental as termed separate but together under the assumption that the centripetal force of an overarching education should be restored. In this study, the tasks for recovering the force of education are presented (1) to establish educational human science as a common denominator between education and its branch disciplines, (2) to develop human symbiosis and co-existence in society as the logic of education itself as its orientation, and (3) to strengthen internal discipline of education so that it can get through outer areas of education, and thus (4) to consolidate its disciplinary identity.
