영문 초록

The Hampyeong Butterfly Festival is currentJy one of the most successful national festiva!s in Korea. In 2008, the festival celebrated Îts 10th anniversary and entered the intemational venue by hosting the Hampyeong Buttetily and Insect Expo. Naturally this brought focus from many researchers, and the festival a150 came up with many researched artides with results regarding its ‘ success factors." However, 1 think that most of the previous researches on this festival are restricted and one-dimensiona1 perspective. They tend to be too micro - focusi one theme such as the program of the festival or the rour aspect 10 order to make up for this, this article view$ the festival from l)an administrative view, 2)as a regional development policy, 3)a marketing pers야ctive of each picy. Also to get a more steric conformation. the festival was divided by ’ human infrastrucωre constnκ:tion sWge' ’ festival upening swge' 'festival evululion stage'. and anaJyzed the marketing characteristics of each stage. The factors dealt with in this article include 1 )administrative service, 2)participation of citizen, 3ltourist incoming, 4 ) s허es of industrial products for tourism, 5) RlS
