영문 초록

As the supply of the industrial land shîfts from the supplîer"s markel the buyer’s market. the tîme-peri， gional， and industrial inequality of supp]y and demand has emerged as the îssues instead of aggregate problems. This sωdy examines the regional industri characteristics and raises a problem of the difference between industrial sup이 y and market demand in the aggregate aSI야cts by using the empirical data The regional industrial characteristics are analyzed by using the number of industrial businesses and of employees. changes in production, location quotient analysis, and shift- share analysis. For demand estimation, net demand growth of plottage is estimated by using the method of a unit. and industrial aggregate demand and market demand were estimated exduding the unsold area and the anned area from the estimated value As the result of the analysi s, the s pply of industrial lands is aggregately anti pated to be enough, buι lhe adùitional demaJ t:enLered un a growLh indusLry is essary for Lhe anaJysis on the specified industry. In conclusion. the effective construction, supply, and managemenl system of the industrial land are required to supply the customized industrial land for the desired location of the markel
