영문 초록

Owing to the continual economic growth and increasing population, it poses the reasonability of the optimal reclamation use. The reclamation causes the loss of the fishery right. This study intends to evaluate the compensation money on the private fishery business right by the public works in A-San Bay. The compensation money is divided into the two classes. The one is the loss of the profits in business, the other is the loss of the salvage values. The limitation of this study is that the used data are not recent data. In conclusion, this study cannot be applied to the other recent relevant project about the compensation and these processes need to be calibrated more in terms of data.
