영문 초록

The purpose of this study is trying to find the propriety of introduction of the Detailed District Planning System and the securing ways of Public-Facilities through Detailed District Planning, on the view of developing density and residential environment. For the achivement of this study, it looked over the institutional standard of Public-Facilities and considered the lack of Public-Facilities in Ho-Sung District and Hyo-Ja District where residential area has been highly developed by scattered development. On the result of this study, it needs the control of density by the Detailed District Planning and the introduction of the Public-Utility Charge.
