영문 초록

This paper aims to estimate the optimum manpower supply for industrial specialization in regional labour market. It also concerned with the interaction between vocational education and industrial productivity. The research draws some significant findings. It does not properly supply skilled manpower at the regional level to the rapid changing manufacturing employment structure. It also shows that employment in service sector at regional level is steadily increased in traditionally non-service sector dorminant areas. These findings lead to a conclusion that the high skilled manpower supply system in vocational school and university should be dynamically adjusted to rapid changing employment trend.
