국문 초록

戦争体験としての疎開体験を考える際には主に1944年夏、国民学校3-6 年を対象に実施された学童集団疎開の歴史が想定されがちである。戦時期の国家政策として立案․実施された学童集団疎開であったが、防空体制整 備の一貫として考案された疎開政策において肝心だったのは国家としての 戦争体制維持という目的の達成であった。軍需工場の地方移転のための建 物疎開が急遽実施されたのはそのためであり、そのような産業の移転に随 伴する人員の移転として合わせて考えなければならなかったのが人口疎 開であった。 戦争体験としての人口疎開を学問的に取り上げるためには、学童集団 疎開史研究の成果を踏まえ、近年の建物疎開研究などの成果を積極的に受け入れ、両方で提出された課題をめぐる様々な層を手探りしていかねばな らない。それは、学童集団疎開を含めて戦時期の人々の移動としての疎開を、その体験が語られるようになった戦後日本社会という論点と融合させ ながら考察することを要求する。複眼的な視点からのアプローチ、学際的な視座による考察が必要である。内向の世代から高度経済成長期まで、 様々な論点の間を横断する視座を駆使すること、本稿はそのための第一歩を提示したものである。

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to provide a direction towards a study about the evacuation in Japan during the Asia-Pacific War as an interdisciplinary work. During the war, there was a group of schoolchildren who were evacuated under the national policy of Japan. The evacuation policy was designed as part of the air defense system maintenance, and it was essential to achieve the objectives of maintaining national systems as the war system. This is why the first launch evacuated the munition factories and buildings in the local province. Thus, it was ‘the evacuation of population’ that must be considered in connection with the displacement of laborers as a byproduct of the displacement of industories. In order to raise the academic issue of ‘evacuation of population’ as a war experience, we need to take into consideration the achievements of historical research on the evacuation of schoolchildren groups as well as recent research on the evacuation of buildings. It is necessary to study a wide range of issues from the period of rapid economic growth of Japan to “the introverted generation.” This study presents a first step to achieve these goals.
