소년원에 수감된 여자 청소년의 이야기 그림검사 반응 특성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 소년원에 수감된 여자 청소년의 심리적 내면에 잠재된 우울을 평가하고 이해하는 도구로서 이야기 그림검사의 활용 가능성을 평가하는데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 소년원에 수감된 여자 청소년 34명과 경기도의 고등학교에 다니면서 사회경제적 지위가 비슷한 여고생 37명이다. 연구도구는 Beck 우울증 척도와 이야기 그림검사를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 기술통계, 상관분석과 독립표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소년원에 수감된 여자 청소년의 우울 상태는 중등도의 우울상태로 나타났다. 둘째, 이야기 그림검사의 정서내용척도와 자기상척도는 각각 두 집단 간 차이를 변별할 수 있었고, 정서내용척도의 경우 우울과 높은 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 공격적인 자극그림을 선택하는 경우, 그림 내용에서 더 부정적으로 될 가능성이 높고 무기력하거나 부정적인 대상과 동일시할 확률이 높았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 교정교육기관의 여학생을 대상으로 우울을 평가하고자 할 때 그림검사를 사용할 수 있다는 점을 확인해주는 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of the Drawa- Story test as an assessment tool for depression of female reformatory school inmates. The subjects included 34 female adolescents in a reformatory school and 37 general high school female students who had similar social economic status to the former. The research tools were the Draw-a-Story test and Beck's Depression Inventory. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and independent sample t-test. The results were as follows. First, the degree of depression of reformatory inmates was intermediate level of depression. Second, the emotional content scale and the self-image scale in the Draw-a-Story test were able to distinguish two groups, and the former scale showed high correlation with depression. Third, when aggressive symbols were chosen, the contents of drawings became more negative and the self image more lethargic, identifying with negative subjects. All these results confirmed the usefulness of the Draw-a-Story as a projective test to evaluate depression of reformatory school inmates.
