국문 초록

1904年中井養三郎がアシカ漁の独占権を取得するために韓国政府に提出しようとしていた<貸下願>が同年9月には<領土編入並貸下願>に変貌し、日本政府に提出される。今までこのような日本の一方的な獨島侵奪過程は中井養三郎という一介の水産業者によって計画されて行われたことに焦点が合わせられてきた。しかし、その裏には、日本の主要な政府の農商務省と海軍省、外務省所属の代表的な植民官僚が直接·能動的に介入していた。特に独島侵奪過程において見落されてはいけない重要な問題は、当時漁業に従事していた一介の事業者の金銭的利益ではなく、日本の植民地侵奪過程、すなわち日本帝国主義のイデオロギーを実現するため年長の植民官僚が主導した緻密な計画であった。

영문 초록
