국문 초록

본 연구논문에서는 선행연구를 토대로 축제방문객의 체험동기를 파악하여, 이와 축제체험 프로그램몰입과 방문객의 만족도와의 관계를 규명함으로써 축제장에서 보다 효율적인 체험프로그램의 구성 및 성공적인 축제를 기획할 수 있도록 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축제체험동기중 지식체험과 미적체험은 축제체험 프로그램의 몰입경험에 正(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 축제프로그램의 몰입경험은 축제 방문객의 만족도에 正(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 몰입경험은 축제체험동기(미적체험, 지적체험)와 방문객의 만족도간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 미적체험동기는 몰입경험을 통해 방문객의 만족도에 직?간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 몰입경험은 부분매개 변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지적체험은 몰입경험을 통해서만 방문객의 만족도를 높이기 것으로 나타나 몰입경험은 완전 매개변수로 작용하는 것이 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of festival visitor"s Experience Motivation, Flow Experience and Satisfaction was explored by literature review and is to suggest a essential guidelines for planning successful festival and composing a effective experience program on local festival. The result of this study are as follows: Firstly, Knowledge experience and Aesthetic experience, as the festival experience motivation show positive effects on flow experience. Secondly, Flow experience as Festival program show positive effects on visitor"s satisfaction. Thirdly, Flow experience is mediated between the festival experience motivation and visitor"s satisfaction. In detail, aesthetic experience as the festival experience motivation influences directly and indirectly visitor"s satisfaction through flow experience. It means aesthetic experience is a partial mediator of visitor"s satisfaction. And flow experience is a complete mediator, that is, knowledge experience as the festival experience motivation affects on visitor"s satisfaction positively through only flow experience.
