관광소비자를 위한 고속도로 휴게소 위생실태 비교연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 관광소비자들이 이용하는 고속도로휴게소의 위생실태를 파악하고 비교 분석함으로서 보다 안전한 위생관리를 실현하기 위한 목적으로 전국고속도로 휴게소를 모집단으로 한국도로공사 대구·경북지부의 관할에 있는 21게의 고속도로 휴게소와 휴게소 내에 소재한 20개의 휴게주요소를, 대상으로 표본을 선정하여 위생 실태를 평가하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Windows 18.0을 사용하여 기술통계와 집단평균분석, 차이분석, ANOVA분석을 통한 사후검증을 하였다. 연구결과로는 총 19개의 측정 항목 중 휴게소의 세부문항에서 주방선입 선출(F=6.755, P<;.05), 교차오염 상태(F=3.045, P<;.05), 세척기 스케일제거(F=3.389, P<;.05), 화장실물기제거(F=3.921, P<;.05)의 7개 측정문항이 유의성을 나타내었으며, 휴게주유소 위생실태 평가에서는 물품보관실(F=4.520, P<;.05)만이 측정문항의 유의성을 나타내었다. 기대효과로는 고속도로휴게소와 고속도로 휴게주유소의 관리에서 위생실태 파악을 위한 위생평가 지표를 제공하게 되며, 고속도로휴게소와 휴게주요소의 안전한 위생개선에 응용하여 적용 할 수 있을 것으로 사료되고, 학문적으로는 고속도로휴게소 및 휴게주유소 위생평가관리 후속연구에 안전위생의 실태 평가지표가 제공되어 안전한 위생관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study around Daegu·Kyeong-buk area highway rest areas and resting gas station used the SPSS Statistical Package for Research to conduct a comparative analysis by better hygiene, consumers identify and highway rest areas to take advantage of hygiene status selected population and tourism recess 21 highway rest areas and 20 gas stations located in a selected sample of the highway rest areas and gas stations in the resting group average analysis and see the difference by checking the valid sample descriptive statistics difference analysis, post-ANOVA analysis verification of the analytical techniques used. Compare a total of 19 studies were compared measurements of detailed items from the resting place of the kitchen first-in, first-out (F=6.755, P<.05), and cross-contamination status (F=3.045, P<.05), Dishwasher-scale removal (F=3.389, P<.05), by use cutting boards used (F=3.546, P<.05), the store’s first-in, first-out (F=6.752, P<.01), and mold removal (F=3.159, P<.05), and toilet moisture removed (F=3.921, P<.05) of the seven measurement items indicate significance, resting gas stations in the hygienic assessment of the supply room was significant (F=4.520, P<.05) ten thousand and two measurements indicate the significance of the items were items on Duncan’s post-hoc analyzes. Jung-bu inland highway freeway hygiene status by integrating ranking (4.229) was the highest ghygiene, Jung-ang Expressway (4.120), Kyeongbu Expressway (4.119), 88 highway (4.115), and Iksan-Pohang Expressway acid(4.031). Findings for sightseeing and eating out of main properties can be provided the basic material used in the subsequent studies, the hygiene status poor highway of resting gas station, can be used as an indicator of the hygiene inspection and reference materials can be used as a hygiene improvement.
