국문 초록

본 연구는 고속철도를 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 고속철도 객실 내 물리적 환경에 따른 인지반응 및 생리적 반응이 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아봄으로써, 인지반응 및 생리적 반응에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대하여 알아보고 이러한 인지반응 및 생리적 반응이 고객 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 통하여 어떠한 요인들이 고객의 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여 전반적으로 긍정적인 행동의도를 유도할 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 실증연구를 위한 조사대상을 국내 고속철도인 KTX에 승차중인 고객 400명을 대상으로 선정하였으며, 총 400부 중 392부를 회수하였고, 불성실 응답 및 결측치가 있는 17부를 제외하고 375부를 본 연구에 사용하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료를 토대로 표본의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였으며 측정개념들의 타당성 및 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며 이후 측정개념들 간의 가설검증을 위해 구조방정식모형(SEM: Structured Equation Model)분석을 실시하였다. 측정변수들에 대한 영항관계는 구조방정식을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 하였다. 첫째, 물리적 환경의 공조환경, 청결성, 편의성, 좌석의 안락성은 모두 고객의 인지반응에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 결과가 도출되어 첫 번째 가설은 지지되었다. 둘째, 물리적 환경이 생리적 반응에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 하위구성개념 중 공조환경과 좌석의 안락성이 생리적 반응에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지반응은 행동의도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 넷째, 생리적 반응은 행동의도에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to figure out how the cognitive response and physiological response of KTX customers according to physical environment in a cabin of a high-speed railroad have an influence on their behavior intention, and what factors lead to the cognitive and physiological response. Through this, we are going to provide the material, which induces the positive behavior intention as a whole. For the research subjects of the positive research, the 400 questionnaires were distributed to the passengers in cabin on board. A total of 375 responses were collected. 17 were missing either or insincer responses. To figure out the general nature of specimen based on the materials, firstly, we had frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis and credibility reliability analyze to check the validity and reliability. It was found that all sub factors consisted of ambient condition, cleanliness, convenience and comfortable seat of Physical Environment has positive and significant influence on Cognitive Response. Therefore it was proved. Secondly, it was found that ambient condition and comfortable seat of Physical Environment has negative and significant influence on Physiological Response. So the second hypotheses was partly accepted. Thirdly, the Cognitive Response of customers gave positive and significant influence on Behavior Intention. Fourth, the Physiological Response of customers has negative and significant influence on Behavior Intention.
