중국유학생의 한국 국내관광 행동의도 예측

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 Ajzen(1991)의 계획된 행동이론의 확장검증을 통해 중국유학생의 한국국내관광에 대한 행동의도를 예측하기 위함이다. 즉, 중국유학생이 지니고 있는 한국 국내관광에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제 변수를 중심으로 하고, 사전지식, 위험지각과 관광동기 세 변수를 추가하여 이러한 변수들이 한국 국내관광 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 서울, 대구, 경북지역에서 유학하고 있는 중국유학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 총 407부의 유효한 설문자료를 연구에 이용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석 및 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구 분석결과, 기존의 계획행동이론의 선행요인과 추가된 요인인 사전지식, 위험지각과 관광동기가 모두 행동의도에 유의한 영향력을 주는 설명변수인 것으로 확인되었다. 한국관광에 대한 사전지식은 한국관광태도에 유의한 영향을 미치며 한국관광에 대한 위험지각은 한국관광태도와 한국관광에 대한 행동의도에 유의한 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 한 이론적, 실무적 시사점이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to look into behavior intentions to visit Korea among Chinese students living in Korea through the expanded verification of Ajzen(1991)"s Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). In other words, this study examined effects on Korea tour behavior intentions by focusing on three factors such as attitude about Korean tours, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control and adding three variables such as previous knowledge, perceived risk, and tourism motivation. To this end, this study conducted a survey of Chinese students living in Seoul as well as Daegu and Gyeongbuk. A total of 407 questionnaires were collected. Reliability analysis, factorial analysis, and regression analysis were carried out using SPSS 18.0. Through empirical analysis, precedent factors of previous Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and added factors such as previous knowledge, perceived risk, and tourism motivation were found to be explanatory variables revealing a significant impact on behavior intentions. Previous knowledge was found to have a positive effect on attitudes, and perceived risk is a significant negative influence factor on attitude and behavior intentions. Academic and practical implications were suggested based on the results.
