준'고령층 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 자활의지에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 자활의지에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 자기유능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년에 서울특별시 소재 지역자활센터 7개소의 자활사업참여자 271명을 조사한 자료 중에서 준 고령층 자활사업 참여자 150명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 기술통계, 독립표본 t-검정, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 직무만족이 자기유능감에 정적(positive)으로 통계적인 유의성을 보이는 것으로 나타나 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 높아질수록 자기유능감이 증가되는 것이 확인되었다. 둘째, 직무만족이 자활의지에 정적(positive)으로 통계적인 유의성을 보이는 것으로 나타나 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 높아질수록 자활의지는 증진되는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 셋째, 연구모형을 검증한 결과 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 자 활의지에 정적(positive)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 매개변인인 자기유능감은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족, 자기유능감 및 자활의지 증진을 위한 함의를 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of job satisfaction of self-sufficiency programs on the willingness for self-sufficiency, and verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship. To achieve the research objectives, a survey of 271 participants from the local self-sufficiency center in Seoul was conducted, and in the analysis a data from 150 the aged participants was used. Descriptive analysis, Independent Sample t-test and Multiple-regression analysis was utilized to test research effectiveness. Main results of the analysis are as follows. First, when the research model was tested, it was found that job satisfaction of self-sufficiency program participants had a positive influence on self-efficacy. Second, it was found that job satisfaction of self-sufficiency program participants had a positive influence on the willingness for self-sufficiency. Third, it was found that job satisfaction of self-sufficiency program participants had a positive influence on the willingness for self-sufficiency. The mediating factors of self-efficacy was found to have part-mediated effects. Based on the results, we provided effective suggestions to improve job satisfaction, self-efficacy, the willingness for the aged self-sufficiency of program participants.
